Our syndicate gives approved members the ability to co-invest alongside RAMPART VC on identical economic terms. No markups. No secondary pricing. You invest at the same valuation, in the same instrument, as the lead.
Origination
We source deals through our proprietary network of researchers, operators, and institutional co-investors — not inbound deal flow. Most of our investments are never publicly announced.
Due Diligence
Our team conducts rigorous technical, commercial, and competitive diligence. We take concentrated positions only in companies where we have genuine conviction.
Syndication
Approved network members receive access to co-invest alongside RAMPART VC in curated deals. Terms are identical to the GP's own investment — no markups.
